Our case rather simple. Me 64 year old retired Amercan (with pension), came to China in 2007. Married 50+ year old Chinese wife in Nov. 2010. Lived together in Beijing for 3 years. Wife couldn't get a tourist visa to visit U.S. despite repeated effors. Finally filed for Green Card (DCF IR-1) after 3 yrs marriage. Interview passed in Guangzhou November 19, 2013. Planning return to U.S. in April.
