I sent my wife's AOS packet last nov 24th and they received it nov 26, i havent heard anything or check still not cashed. I guess another waiting game.

Just to update! I just got off the phone with the embassy they have told me that everything is ok! So we are just waiting for the release of my fiance's visa! Thank God! Its been a long process for us.

Guys the date updated but still Ready still waiting for Issued!

Im sorry for the confusion. We had to go through AP for quite some time because they needed us to do my daughter's crba and they asked me to do dna test to make sure. Sadly that process took a while. Now im hoping this is something good so we can finally start our life together as a family. Thanks for all of your reply guys! Hopefully by next week its issued!

I read the dna page i dont get it. Can someone tell me how much the total expenses is? And how do i schedule the test. Because i will be leaving on dec 24 to manila.

Is there a way to just file crba when child gets to US? Because when my fiance and our daughter went for interview for k1 and k2 they returned our daughters passport because they want us to file for crba, we wanted to spend thanksgiving together so is there a way she can just get a k2 for now?

I did not include my co sponsor w2 or tax return. It says on the email from the embassy from petitioner they want evidence of current sustained income you think they want mine or from cosponsor. Also hank how long does it take for the CRBA to process because we included pur daughter as a K2 but they want us now to file her for that.?

I already sent her my paystub. They probably want proof from my co sponsor?

My fiancee had her interview yesterday and her and my daughter were approved but they want us to turn in more proof of income. But the consul did not state what kind of proof they want i already gave my paystub and tax returns to my fiance.
