I'm still not in the USA, and there is one more thing: When I got the TN visa I quit my current job in Mexico (company Z), they asked me if there was any way they could keep me. I told them the only way I could stay at Z is to get as much as I was offered on company X. So now Z wants to take me to its HQ in USA. Before my arrival,should I cancel my TN visa to work for X and get a new one for Z? Or should I apply for a I-129 form? Thanks in advance.
