Please is it compulsory to submit original of civil documents since am in Nigeria and my wife a LPR in USA. I want to send the photocopies of the civil document.

i mean is it advisable to send the AOS documents electronically(online) or hardcopy mailed.

Hi, please am stuck here.Can someone help me out. My wife is LPR and wants to send AOS along with our joint sponsor and we are confused on the form to send (I-864, I-864EZ, ...). which is he supposed to submit and which is our joint sponsor supposed to submit.

My wife is a permanent resident and we just got married early this year. Am an IT engineer and would want to join my wife over there as well as work in US. Your assistance is needed on the best and easiest way of joining my wife in US.
