Oh wow! Congrats for your case number. You can do your medical while waiting for the packet 3. You need the hard copy of the case number letter or you can just scan and bring for the medical. Good luck

Yeah I just sent mine DS-230 page 1&2, checklist dated and signed and duplicate copy of the receipt. (not photocopy).

Yes your Skype and Facebook messages do help. I copied and paste all my Skype conversations but not word for word, but to show dates and times on and off. same as Facebook, I had over 9000 conversation on FB from 2011 till present, I edited it down to 200 pages for the 3 years and put all conversations in a folder to show all types of communication between us including Yahoo Email, Yahoo Messenger, KIK messenger, What's App messenger. Have all passport entry stamps photocopied , keep all plane tickets/ boarding passes etc. You should be ok. My RFE was just a certified signed and seal divorce document that I need to send them since my photo copy had no seal on it to verify it was a court document. Good Luck.

I need some help with anyone who has received a Visa packet instructions for Singapore Embassy.

Now the letter states we must follow these instructions:

FIRST: Complete and return immediately to this office enclosed Form DS-230 I, Immigrant visa Application Part I, Biographic Data. This office cannot process your case until this form is received.

SECOND: Fill out in DUPLICATE the enclosed form DS-156, Nonimmigrant Visa Application, together with a single copy of attached Form DS-156 (K), Nonimmigrant Fiancée Visa Application. All questions on Form DS-156(K) and DS-156 must be answered completely.

THIRD: Obtain the following documents on this checklist, which pertain to you. Do not send them to this office.

Passport, Birth Certificate, Police Certificates, Court & Prison Records, Military Records, Photographs, marriage certificates, Evidence of Support Form I -134, Medical Examination, Evidence of Relationship, Translations.

FOURTH : As soon as you have obtained all of the documents that applies in your case. carefully read the statement at the bottom of this page, sign, date it, and mail the checklist to this office together with payment receipt. After the form has been returned to this office, you should be scheduled for a visa interview at the earliest possible date. You should bring all of the above documents pertinent documents and the application forms with you to the interview.

Enclosures:

1. Form DS-230 Part I, Biographic Data

2. Form DS-156 Nonimmigrant Visa Application ( 2ea)

3. Form DS-156(K) Nonimmigrant Fiancée Visa Application

4. Form I- 134, Affidavit of Support

So, the DS 156, DS 156K Form I-134 Medical Exam Instructions are needed during my interview? Need help please? did you guys just send the DS-230, checklist and pay receipt? Thank you and will appreciate any reply.

I am getting pretty excited. I have my medical on the 10th of October. I am so happy to have finally gotten to this point especially knowing I will be moving soon and living with the man of my dreams, MY LATINO KING . I am also a bit nervous to be honest especially on the interview day at the US embassy, Singapore. I have never had through like this before.... anyway, wish me luck!!!

fchan I believe this fee is the interview fee for the Embassy that will be required besides your medical fee to pay. I believe this is the one required to pay for you to get the Visa for Entry. Finally after 1 month and 6 days of waiting...we got our precious case number whoooohooo!!!

We are thinking of the same idea too. Might get a round trip than one way to save some $...Im still waiting for my case number so I can do my medical and interview but checking on flight schedule...hope it won't have a problem if we purchase a round trip.

We are waiting for case number. F called and was told that we got to wait another 4 weeks. Since we are on our 4th weeks of waiting....Oh come on CASE NUMBER I'm so ready for my interview and medical... This is the final step seems like forever Lol
