I want to file an i-130 for my dad.He is in the US now,but unable to stay long enough to complete the process.Can i file the i-130 while he is still here then he can go to my home country to complete the process.

This post is for Nigeria forum.My fiancee visa status on ceac.state.gov says Issued,does that mean the visa is ready for pickup.However his paper says to pickup visa in 10 working days and Its not 10 working days yet.please help me on this issue from past experiences.Trying to buy his ticket before it becomes too expensive.

This post is directed to K-1 visa approvals from Nigeria.My fiancee got his visa approved yesterday and was told to pick up his visa in 2 weeks(10 working days).He was given a paper that said K1/K3 visa applicant visa pickup takes 10 working days.I ve also read here that visa is usually ready in 7 days.please whats the exact timeline from visa approval to visa pickup based on recent visa approval.Thanks a lot for the response.
