  1. yes all document was already been send and receive by nvc all payment has already been settled all that is left is the priority date to come and the interview request to be received. tickets and medical fee are already ready and our grandparents in the us has been bugging us a lot lately because their neighbors relatives already arrived there who is also applied for a petition as the same year as them.

  2. yup im never married so does my sister my mother is in manila with us shes being petitioned by my grandfather im having a hard time to understand your last paragraph the whole paragraph can we speak tagalog in this section of the forum?


    added question can we send the DS-230 FORM with our civil documents to the us embassy here in manila or should we send it to the NVC?

  4. my grandfather is petitioning my mother the petition papers was filled way back at 2004 of may 25th as of now we are waiting for the Immigration visa payment status to change to "Paid" (we already paid for it of course) and now the question arise for us can i a 24 year old unmarried son of my mother and my sister who is turning 21 this september unmarried but have a 1 month old child accompany our mother ?

    other information i can provide is that were using our father's surname but our mom and dad aren't married

    if yes what do we need to do?whom to we need to inform that were going with our mother?
