  1. in my first interview my wife was with me but she waited me out in the cafe and when officer asked me of how many times my wife visited me i told him 2 times and told him that she is out waiting for me in the cafe front the consulate, he asked me to go to the cafe and bring her to the consulate and that was after he interview me for 45min, after i bring my wife to the consulate he asked me to leave and wait her in the cafe then the officer interview my wife too, and start scare her that ill leave her when i be in US and the only reason marry her is just for visa bla bla.. but after he seen her strong about our love he left her and he go with his friend to have lunch. for her be with me it doesn't help to have visa. and she was with me in my second and 3rd interview too and each time i told the officer that she is out waiting for me. for me i think if you be with your fiancee in interview time its not going to help may be the officer will ask to interview you too and that not happen alot but the problem if he interview you and your fiancee and both of you give different answers for him that will be problem. and that doesn't happen for me cus both of us give same answers but still end up with second interview after 10 days of the first one and still send my papers back to uscis. hamdolillah i got my visa and im in US now with my wife.

  2. Hi ijust come to US last DEC i bough ticket from iberia airlines in casablanca it was 1100$ your husband can check them website if he want to come in the first week of april the ticket will be between 900$ to 1100$ but the only problem that he need to stay over night in Madrid spain and he can leave the airport cause he dont have Spain visa, but when i come i meet some moroccan there it was good even if need to sleep in airport but it was good if he want cheaper ticket. air france it little expansive. one more point if he want to buy ticket online you need to pay for it bcs he cant do that with moroccan bank card. but if he want pay for it he need pay cash. good luck

  3. you can add him to your life insurance my wife did that before i come to US it was good proof plus you can talk with your bank cus my wife she did put me in her bank account and get me bank card too but after couple months the bank did stop it but they told her that they can send me some papers and need to be signed front notary in morocco. all that proofs you have its good but the most important thing is that you need to write affidavit and your husband too, explaining how you meet how long have you been talk before got married and if your case have been denied they should give you reason why then you need to explain what they was using against you ( sirry idont know what is your case situation but that what did happen for me) you should have the affidavit write one from you one from your husband you can do it by hand or type it but need to be sign you need say all and explain everything. plus if your family and your husband family can do that for you too, so uscis can know that your family accept that marriage i did all of that and hamdolillah did work, our lawyer was surprise of how much proofs we have, what is more imporatnt than all of that is have faith and pray so hard and so much for allah and believe on your prays and inchae allah you will make it.

  6. Hi its bad to hear that but you need to wait 8 to 12 months. the best thing you can do is to stop this case and go to morocco and get married and start CR1 its going to take about a year, then you should hurry to get married and after married you need to go to morocco for visit your husband couple times so u can have much proofs. just forget about K1 now and move for next set up CR1. good luck

  7. Hi everybody,

I have been here in US 3 weeks ago, but i didnt get my green card yet i have job offer but idont have no green card no SSN, because when i want to SS office they said that they cant give me a SSN cause i dont have green card yet, is that right? because i heard some people got them SSN after couple day have been here, plus in SS website it said that i can get the SSN without any problem and not need have green card, just using my visa showing the admittance stamp on the passport also we downloaded and filled out the SS-5 card application also all documents asked for on the website, yet they said they couldnt help us we had to wait the green card in the mail. But ididnt get the green card now after 3 weeks of wait, every day i check the www.elis.uscis.dhs.gov website to track my green card online cause that is the website uscis give me after call them the website its saying case status ACCEPTED and status details is Your application/petition has been accepted and is pending review. is that the right website to track the green card online ?do i need to wait my green card to apply for SSN or is there another way so not losing this job.

by the way im IR1 visa.

  8. No you are not going to get 221G at the interview if the consulate believe all is good and you need just co-sponsor they will give your fiancee paper said what papers he need to have and after he get what they ask for he need to go back to the consulate and give them those papers and wait for a phone call. you need to have co-sponsor you can ask your fiancee if he know some Moroccan in US but they need i think be citizen, or if you know any immigrant people cause they know what co-sponsor mean because people get scare of be a co-sponsor but there is no worries. believe in ALLAH keep praying and inshae allah there will be a way.

  9. i had my interview last Dec and the consulate asked me to bring tax money of 2012 and on that year my wife didnt make enough to be my sponsor but i took the pay stubs of 2013 and she was making more than enough to support me BUT the consulate refuse the pay stubs they said that they need tax papers not pay stubs. but i was prepare for that cause i had papers of co-sponsor. they are not going to accept the pay stubs they want TAX papers.

  10. Its only been 2 weeks. Give it some time. Usually SSN comes 3 to 4 weeks, green card it varies. Long as you paid the fee have you been tracking it on the website to see if it says in production.

2 weeks was way to soon to be at the SS office. And your stamp in your passport is your temp green card. You could easily have asked for a supervisor that knows and show them the stamp. That will also work if you wanted to go back next week.

how i can tracking it online. i show them my pasport the lady there check in the pc and she said that i cant have the ssn now i need to wait till get my green card

  11. Hi everyone i got to US about 2 weeks ago i didn't get my green card, i went to social security office last week to get my SSN be they told me that i cant have it till i get my green card, by the way im IR1 visa, its so strange cause i was read on here that some people get the ssn before they get the green card. and some told me that i need to wait about 2 weeks before go to ss office so my name can be in the system. im so confused now cause i have offer for work and im worry to wait for the green card can take more than two weeks. pls can anyone tell me what i can do?
