I finally was approved!

Well got the dreaded RFE notice today. When I submitted our application in July I included the intent to marry letters from both of us which included where the marriage was taking place. We have been together for 15 years and included dated photos, copy of my will, copies of passport pages, airline itineraries , apartment leases, joint bank account info, when I went to school in Taiwan. What more could they want? I feel they are processing same sex applications with greater scrutiny.

Still patiently waiting for the NOA2. Our number ends in 93 and it is frustrating to see cases ending in 82, 86, 88, 94, 95 were approved. It does not make any sense how they process the cases.

We are still waiting. It is depressing to see people that filed in August are already receiving their NOA2s. I am beginning to wonder if the same sex petitions that were transferred to TSC are being looked over carefully and will take forever to be approved.

Did any July same sex filers receive their NOA2 yet?

I just checked our status and saw that our petition was also transferred to the local USCIS office for processing. Is this normal?
