Hey guys, so my wife's visa has been in admin processing for almost 8 months now. I visited her in Dec 2011 when we got married, and in Dec 2012 when she had her interview. I am visiting her again for a week. Any wise words or tips that might help her visa case? ))))) Its not every day I get to go see her :'(

I was only at 29000 a year when I applied but my dad co sponsored but since then I got a full time job making almost 50,000 a year

This is pathetic, I wanna move out of here, I feel so oppressed.

By that I meant that wives sometimes have a "idc make it happen" kinda reaction sometimes which is natural as part of their emotions, that's what I meant by she doesn't understand. But in reality she's the most understanding person I know, I think the reason it's in AP is because we didn't consummate to marriage because they asked her if we lived together and then called me during her interview to ask the same question and we both said no so that removed a lot of doubts about dishonesty.

My wife has been in admin processing for over 7 months now, the CO called me during her interview, as I was sitting outside the embassy, and told me 3 to 5 months, what the heck is going on!?

Hey guys I finally made an account because I had to share my frustration with someone who may understand. My wife had her visa interview in Islamabad in dec 2012 and it was placed in administrative processing, even though I had visited her during that time to ensure everything goes well. I had married her in 2011 and came back to the us for school and applied for her right away. Anyways, during her interview they called me and told me it'll be 3 to 5 months and that he had no doubt she would get her visa. It's been 7 months, and nothing. My wife is getting more frustrated by the day, and I can't go live with her because I work here and have college loans to pay off. And obviously she's a wife, so she doesn't understand that. Help me guys!! Make me feel better :'(
