Hey congrats! Any suggestions how to prepare for interview? What did they ask?

Actually interview questions are related about proof of relationship, Status of petitioner, who are sponsor, sponsor job, bring your photo album that proofs ur relationship.

Now is it conform that I got visa??? Haven't got passport yet. Tomorrow I will call embassy.

Awesome it means its getting ready to be Issued I believe. that is what happened with ours.

Ours was stuck on Ready from November 26th to December 12th. Then AP for a day then Issued.

They will review the new AOS that you submitted. If your new joint sponsor's income meets the requirements, then they will issue the visa. There's no need for a second interview. It may take a couple of days to weeks to review and issue the visa so don't make travel plans yet.

They will mail back your passport with visa OR you will pick it up, depending on how it is done in Nepal.

Yesterday I submitted joint sponsor docs. When I checked my visa status it showed AP. but at evening time it showed READY. Does it mean that my document is accepted? Will that ready changes issued soon? Or they may again ask for other documents. My joint sponsor document is very strong with enough money, 3 years tax papers and all required document. Just want to know that ready means acceptance of my submitted document or not. Plz share me ur idea

Today I submitted joint sponsor document in embassy. My interview was on 26th nov. consular asked me to bring joint sponsor. Now when I checked my status it showed-READY. Does it mean my document is approved and soon it will be issued. Or they may again ask for some other document. Can I get visa guys. Plz suggest me ur ideas. Really frustrated of these things.. Give me hope guys.. Plz plzz

i had interview on 26th November. Interview went well. But consular asked me to bring joint sponsor. Now i searched for joint sponsor with huge income. Now what happens when i submit them joint sponsor aos. will they give me visa?? should i have to give interview again or they will directly call me to receive passport? anyone have any idea about this situation plz do share.

@Tinjf10. They might ask . They even asked me. U better go with joint sponsors aos in interview and if they ask u , u can provide aos tight that time.

Just bring the pics of u n ur spouse . Other anything that shows ur relation. U have to make them believe ur on going relation. They ask about u n ur relation. About ur marriage, sponsor that's it not so much.

@cat21.. No embassy holds my passport and they ask me to provide another sponsor with adequate income.

My wife income was not sufficient as she has her sisters kids as dependent. We seeked for joint sponsor who is alone and income above 23k. I.e he meets criteria. Still embassy refused me to give visa now I searched one joint sponsor with huge income.. I was accepted by Nvc but not by embassy. I don't know why consular didn't refused... So better be prepare with huge income.. Don't take a single chance .. Don't make Any weak points. Make strong ur documents

Be prepared guys that created problem for me... Never compromise with sponsor and aos. Not u guys have to suffer like me.

hello guys is scanned copy of IRS TRANSCRIPT IS ACCEPTED OR NOT ???

As I have to sent abroad so scanned copy of transcript works or not guys. Any idea??
