My wife came here on a K1 visa last year. We got married within the 90 days required. We are now filing for AOS. When she gets her green card, can she work using it? Or do we need to also file for a work permit and pay the extra filing charges?

You should start your own thread, but if you have a green card, you don't need EAD. The green card is your employment authorization.

I am starting to apply for adjustment of status as well I would like to know if the forms that are expired are still excepted I noticed many of the forms expired last month June 30, 2015?

She says she went back and she can pick up her sticker on Monday i'm guessing the tax return worked! I don't know why the lady there was giving her such a hard time and she's not the only one a friend she met there said they asked for the legal capacity from her to! But after calling later she asked if the tax return would be good enough and they said yes I'm not understanding why it was denied the first time!

How do I get my legal capacity for K-1! To prove that I am single! This is the only thing holding me back from getting my fiancé here they requested she have legal capacity to prove that I am single how do I do that? If anybody can help me out I would appreciate it thank you very much for your time.

Can my fiancé bring her aunt with her to her medical exam at St. Luke's? She wants to go to her medical exam on Monday, and wants to bring her aunt with her, be she is expecting that her aunt can go inside with her as well. Will they let her aunt inside, or will she have to wait outside? Thanks.
