Hi sis Maeley..Goodluck for your interview...When did you send your documents for your NBI sis?Mine I did it while waiting for my case number and it took more than a month sis.My niece just collected lastweek and I just received.So when is your interview sis?I am still waiting for my pocket 4.

Thank you sis Maeley..I just tracked my documents and yes it was already delivered 2 days after I sent.One of my friend told me that she tried to email US embassy to asked about her pocket 4.She's just worried because it was already 3 weeks after she sent her documents and there's no reply at all so she tried to email US embassy and this was the responsed from them:

Dear Madam,

We regret that we are not able to schedule your interview at this time due to a backlog of K1 applications. We do not expect to schedule interviews for at least the next two weeks. Do note that depending on the volume of applications, it may take longer than two weeks to schedule your appointment.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I sent my Packet 3 by registered mail last Oct 29 and they received it the next day.

I am also waiting for that letter...

Hopefully, it will come by this week or next week...

Wala pa akong interview schedule sis...hinihintay ko muna kasi iyong DS-160 barcode na isesend ng lawyer namin.NapakaSLOW niya kasi.I've done eevrything already except the DS-160.But he sent an email to my F that he will send us on Monday para maisend ko na rin.Sana magkasabay tayo sa interview sis hehe.

My fiance did mine today and he told me that they will send it by philpost because when he tried to email them ,they replied ...Please be informed that our operations cannot accept forwarding of shipments/documents via FedEx at this time. It is suggested that your request/s be picked up from our office in Quezon City, Philippines by your relative/authorized representative."

So we have no choice!!!!When is your interview sis?

Hi guys...I just received my case number together with checklist and instruction by mail.My case status from USCIS dint't change at all and mo email or text message and we never call to NVC at all because our lawyer told us to wait until he get our case number.Wow I really surprised today.Just keep praying and have FAITH.God Bless everyone

Thank you...yes we received an email from USCIS and they updated our status also.They told us to wait 2 to 4 weeks so I hope we could received our case number this week.

Mine was approved last September 20 and then shipped to NVC last September 27.....Now I am just patiently waiting . Good luck to all of us!!!!

My fiance received an email that our case was transferred to Texas from Vermont last 4th of September.Good luck to all of us.

Hi....My fiance submitted our application last May by a lawyer also and we received a text and email yesterday that they transferred our case to their local office after 3 months from USCIS .I am just wondering why your lawyer didn't ask your emails,chat logs,ATM withdrawal,IM,phonebills,boarding passes and a stamp of your passport and photos together before she/he submit to USCIS. Our lawyer asked all these to us and we provided and she did checked everything before she submitted to USCIS

How about in Jordan??I have worked in Jordan year 2000-2003 and now I am working here in Singapore for almost10 years.Do I have to get a Police certificate from Jordan?

I sent mine by scan to my fiance and our lawyer didn't say anything I think it will be ok as long as signed by her.

I'm a June filer and I am still patiently waiting for the perfect time but now I'm preparing for the next step Good luck everyone...
