So apologies for my lack of specificity and accurateness. Yes, she has the I-551 green card. And yes she has the extension letter from when we filed for ROC which get us to 12/15/18. So it sounds like based on what you said....we need a I-551 stamp in the passport if we don't have her new green card before we are ready to travel. THANKS!!

We had the 2 year green card and then got a 1 year extension letter which is what she used in June this year to return form a visit to peru. Right now we are waiting on the Form I-751 lifting of conditions.

My Wife's green card (EAD) expires on 12/15/18. I filed for the Lifting of Conditions to get a 10 year green card (EAD) Nov. 17 and of course we are still waiting. We want to go visit her family in Peru during Christmas but would not return til 12/29-after the current green card (EAD) expires. I don't expect we will have her new 10 year green card (EAD) before end of year. What do we need to do for her to travel?

My finacee's interview in Lima was on 3/19/15....on the CEAC site it says her VISA was "ISSUED" on March 30, 2015. It also says we should receive within 10 working days. It has now been closer to 15 and nothing. We registered with DHL but have no way to track if the embassy has sent her passport/visa. I have sent emails to the embassy but have not heard back. Does anyone know a way to track or see if DHL has a package for her without a waybill tracking number? Any suggestions on who/where I can call for help?
