I'm organizing the forms and docs for my interview date.

Anyone knows if it is ok to put everything in a small binder.

I'm thinking small binder with easy access to pull the docs and labels. Even a small album with pics and labels.

Or should I take everything put it in a big envelope and give it to them. I'm thinking organization will help a lot but I'm not sure what they are looking for.

On September 4, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

My petition was approved 2 wks after this notice/email. To us was a great thing. Best wishes, I'm sure good news is coming soon.

Hey i want to know what cell phone company offers the free calls to dr for $10 a month??!!

I have T-Mobile, I pay $55.00 for unlimited service in us -no contract/calls/web and texting.

Calls are free to landlines in DR only but this additional service will be $10.00 per month.

Plus taxes, I pay $64.87 total a month. It has worked for 2 years now.

Well I took the chance and paid the fee to call the Embassy in Rep. Dom... so for my $7 bucks here's what we got...

1) The list mentioned above is the ACTUAL PRELIMINARY list for Sept. 2013 - It is a Clerical Error, they are aware and are working to fix it but the appts listed are current.

2) They are still scheduling appts. They book appts every week.Even this week they are still scheduling for Sept.

3) The appointment letter will be emailed as soon as an appointment is scheduled and will be sent to all email accounts on file.

I hope this helps some of you/us feel a little better.

Update, I called the embassy and reported the file error...

The rep. I talked to was very nice, "Alejandro" he answered all my questions and was very happy that I called to notify them of the error.

He couldn't say when it is going to be fixed but he did say I will notify the dept immediately, he was laughing when I said " Hey, I can't anything with 2012 citas file posted online, please get me 2013"..."You guys uploaded the wrong file".

I completely forgot my Fiancée’s address when he asked me, I said, "why?, it is so long"..."He said, I know" ...

The rep. checked my case and said no cita date yet ..but I believe you will get an early date ... I asked how you know, he said I can see it here...I don't now what he meant by that.

Anyway, I'll call again next week until I get my cita date.

I want free calls to the Embassy!! How do I get those....?? Do I need to whip out my Ninja Skillzzzz

I have a cell phone plan set up to call free to landlines in DR for $10.00 a month. I had no clue I could call there free, Yesterday I had my credit card ready and I called, suddenly my call went through. But this was all before "Hey, Sept file is wrong".

I told my Fiancee last night, he was ready to buy a pin and call them. I was afraid to be on the phone for long charging my card even after I read it is only $8.00 no matter how long for US callers.

I'm busy at work, can't leave right now but I'm hoping to call before six.

Hoping for them to get that fixed..

there is actually an error on the website. the September 2013 list is for interviews in september 2012! so whoever uploaded that file uploaded the wrong one!!!! so maybe there is still hope

As of today there are NO CASES Listed for September Interviews that start with "SDO2013".

I hear they schedule all month long though and it does say "Preliminary" not Final... I'm still hope-FULL and no one is allowed to say anything different.. lol Not until I am actually scheduled... Until then I 'm looking to Papa Dios for a miracle!

Ok I just called NVC and they have received my file. Finally, I got my case #. So happy, thank you Lord.
