Hi Everyone! My mom file I-130 for my uncle on 2010 and he just got DNA test done few days ago. I know bring sibling to US is about 10-15 years. If my uncle get result from DNA match with my mom, is this make process little faster or have no effect what so ever! Thank you for all feed back.

He was born in 1992 and we file I-130 for his parents on 2010 so he is still eligible to come with his parents?

Hi everyone! I paid the $165 immigration fee online from USCIS ELIS with credit care! The case status is Accepted! What do I need to show them fee have been paid when my wife arrive the USA? Thanks for all the response!

She said there is a seal envelope that she not allow to open until she come to the US!

I did ran into this situation this year income tax return few moth ago! I was applied ITIN for my wife and my daughter! I did followed W-7 instruction for ITIN application! I end up delay my paper work for my wife interview because I could get tax return for 2012 into IRS system!

Instruction ask to submit passport for my wife which issue by Vietnam's government!

For my daughter only 5 months at the time! They said I can submit civil's birth certificate and hospital record!

I wait for 6 weeks later they send letter saying that it doesn't meet IRS Criteria! I have to recognize by the Depart of State Which is impossible unless the Visa had approved!

I end up file married/file separate!

For my wife social security, I put NRA in social security column and got accepted!

You can try to apply for ITIN Form W-7!

The CO asked my wife when we file CRBA for our child! Did they ask for DNA evidence! For my case they didn't ask for DNA!

I know she will get green card shortly after she enter US! I want to know is that green card can give her social security number and could work soon? Thanks for all feed back

The journey to USA for my wife have been smooth one! First the all! thanks for the advice and feed from Visa Journey member! I wife interview was on September 12, 2013. I'm not with her at the consulate for the interview, but she told me that pretty nice CO officer!

CO asked my wife few questions:

1) When is the first time your's husband visited you?

2) When is the last time you see your's husband?

3) Where is your husband live in the US?

4) When did your husband settle in the US?

5) Why your husband like to live in Ohio?

6) When you file for your daughter Report Birth Abroad do you have to get DNA?

CO welcome my wife to America! He wish my wife and my daughter have to safe trip to be with your's husband with all the happiness!

I was nervous and anxiety until I get phone called from my wife! That she got visa approval!

Ouch! Where did she have her exam and what was her experience there?

My wife have her exam at IOM health center! She said very easy process! Get all vaccine in the morning appointment and the X-ray with blood works in the afternoon!

My wife got her medical exam today for interview next month! They gave her couple shots and few more next month! Waiting for result of everything else!

I don't think K-1 visa is faster than CR-1 Visa. The chance to get approved on CR-1 is higher, so you better off go with CR-1 visa! Just my opinion!

Hi There! I know that the CR-1 spouse visa valid for 6 months! I want to know when is latest time should my wife enter US without any issued? Can she enter US just about a month before her Visa expired or should she enter to US sooner than that? I would like to know so I can plan to go back there and come back together! Thanks for all the response.
