THANK YOU so much
:)
I can't say how helpful it is!!!
Just to clarify on this:
3. Yes you see a USCIS-designated civil surgeon before and get the results of your exam on the I-693 and out into a sealed envelope. You send the sealed envelope to them in your packet.
So now I should look for this civil surgeon and make this appointment here: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV? Or should I send I-693 blank just with my personal info, and wait for an invitation to a medical appointment from USCIS? Sorry, I know it may sound basic for you, but for me it is like a black magic

Hi,
I know this forum has lots of information, and I read most of it, but I still have a few(basic) questions:
Form I-864 It's my husband (U.S. citizen) who fills it out? It is a box 1.a. that he should check? He is also filling out I-130. His annual income is more than 125% of poverty line, which means that I do not have to include my U.S. income (have a small student job on campus), right?
Form G-325A for me (non U.S.) what should I mark in the section: "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:....." Should it be Other? AOS?
Form I-693 Part 2. Medical Examination Should I see a doctor prior to sending my AOS documents? Or afterwards I will receive a request to do biometrics <?> that many of you mention?
Form I-485 Which option should I check under Part.2 Application Type?? I know it may be obvious for you, but really, I have no idea - I am in F-1 now.

Hello, I have a similar question. I am filling out G-325A for myself (non U.S.) and thus all my past residencies were outside of the USA. So should I list them under "Applicants residence last five years" or "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than 1 year" ?

Thank you both for your replies! I will absolutely fill I-131 application! It's such a relief to know that AP comes together with EAD.

Hello,
I am here on F-1 visa and getting married this month. We will proceed with AOS and in August I want to take classes as a part-time student (6 credits). I guess it means that I won't have F1 status anymore after we submit documents for AOS and without registering for 9 required credits.
My question is when I can leave the US? After I get my EAD (~3 months)?Or do I have to wait until I get my green card (~6 months)?

Hi, Can anybody recommend a good (and cheap) surgeon for the medical examination in DC, Northern VA or MD?? I called a few places today and they all want my vaccination record to have as a notarized copy! Is that right?? I can't translate it myself??
