Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get green card after entering USA on marriage based immigrant visa.

Doshi,i had my F21 interview at Lagos on 28 of April 2014.Guess what? I did not frontload.My visa was approved,the C0 didd not even check the evidences i carried with me.I was asked five questions about my wife and that was it.Some of the advices here are mere speculations.Without front loading you will do just fine.If you need further help call 07031805501.Best wishes

Your joint sponsor needs to fill form I864 with supporting documents.copy of birth certifcate,copy of green card or passport information page.tax transcript.

I wish I had good news, but our civil docs haven't been reviewrd yet and my case hasn't gotten completed either. I called last Friday and the NVC agent told me to wait 30 business days since the day the received the package. I'm planning on calling again by the end of the week.

Is there any other line to call. USCIS.each time me wife called they refuse to transfer her to secon tier officer.

Which centre did you file your petition

Just received a email from USCIS that my case has been moved to My Local office for processing.I hope i hear from them soonest my PD IS 28 DEC 2012.................................
