    You won't believe this one, called NVC today for update on my case; was told that starting Monday, September 2, 2013 all DS applications must be submitted online and that I must re-submit mine online, never mind that it was approve last week.       I hope they won't asked you, but they told me, that its new that all embassies must have the Visa application online, this new rule started on Monday this week. I'm waiting on a call from a supervisor to get a better explanation. I already submitted the online application. I just don't know what is the process to follow or how long it takes.
