"On September 17, 2015, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXX, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

We already received the interview notice last month. My wife and step daughter are set to be interviewed this month. What notice could they be referring to? Is there a number I can call to ask about this?

At least I know now, I'm not the only one. I was starting to think it's discrimination, because me and my wife are a gay couple.

As for EAD and AP, still says "case received"

Just wondering,

is there anyone else whose application for EAD was received by USCIS around JUNE 10th and still wasn't approved, or am I the only one?

I'm starting to think something went wrong with the application or whatever, but I don't know what to do about it.

Hey Puffers! We are also still waiting for EAD approval. My wife had her biometrics done on July 8. No update on USCIS website. It still says "case received". I hope we get approval this week

My wife had her biometrics last July 8 and when i checked our I-485 status online, it still says " Fingerprint Fee Was Received"... is this normal?

For EAD/AP it says case received, for AOS it still says that they accepted our fingerprint fee...

The Case Tracker kind of sucks since sometimes they update, other times they don't...

Hi everyone! Those of you who are done with biometrics, what does it say on your USCIS case status? Mine still says "case was received". Is this normal?

My wife had her Biometrics earlier. We went there 20 minutes before 8:00 AM, our schedule was at 8:00AM. We were done by 8:20 AM

does the invitation letter really help?

we just got the letter today biometrics appointment on July 8, 8AM. too early!!! I hope my boss will allow me to take half day so i can go with my wife

I have been seeing different ways on filling out I-131. My question is, If I am filing I-131 with I-485, do I skip parts 3- 7?

For Form I-765, what should my wife put in " other names used"? Does she need to put her complete single name? The sample form is showing just the maiden name "Doally". Shouldn't it be "Jane Joan Doally" for other names used?

I am filing AOS for my wife and step daughter. On the guide here it says "K-2's don't require their own separate I-864 with supporting documents (tax returns, etc). Make sure they are listed in section 9 of the K-1's I-864, and provide a photocopy of the K-1's I-864 with the K2's paperwork. You don't need to include copies of the supporting documents with the K-2's paperwork."

I can't find that section 9 anywhere. Should I still include supporting documents for the K2's I-864?

Thanks so much! I thought it would be sent to the South Dearborn address because priority mail has an option to require signature. No one would sign it if it goes to a P.O.box right?

We are filing our AOS next week and would like to know where to send it. I am confused on where to send it. If I am using USPS priority mail do I send it at the South Dearborn address or since I am using USPS I will use the P.O. Box address?
