It will be 2 yrs for my husband and i waiting . another christmas saying next yr .As hard as you try you sometimes fight over it and get so tired of waiting . you sit and think the ppl who do the paper work go home at night to their love ones as you sit alone and wait.2 yrs .SOyes we know how it feels to see ppl doing diffrent other ways and fly ahead of u .im still in the nvc stage it took us 13 months in first stage . just hold on .we all know ,were all here for each other.

I so agree about the married vercus k1 my husband and i started ours in jan 2012 and it took 14 months just for uscis and now months in nvc and i have a friend that just wrote on face book her k1 interview is jan . and she just started her k1 less than 3 months ago ####### sorry but its not fair at all. hubby and i shouldnt got married and jut did a k1 but no we wanted to do right and be married . it isnt fair at all.2yrs in jan will will have waited .2YRS

well maybe not bs it took hubby ad i 19 just to be approved now 4 months at nvc and we havent got a interview date yet . than if she from a middleeast country longer most are on ap for a few months . so we are looking at 2 yrs a long hard road,sorry but should have stayed home

ONE TIME I DIDNT PUT A 0 IN A SPOT AND MADE ME DO AGAIN MORE STALLING FOR US . thanks well we was miss guided by a lawyer i guess.np were dealing with it .just sucks when your already married .If we wouldnt know know we would have done a k1 . oh well my husband and i wanted to be married before he got here so now we live with it .i dont regreat marrage at all it has kept us together waiting .Yes its flusrating to think your doing right and be married to find getting marred after is better ...lol.

thank for writing .yes it sucks to see ppl not even married and they come here.and we chose to be married first been married 2 yrs aug .like i said we srated this last feb 2012 it took 14 months just in uscis .i sent pak to nvc they said i didnt put a 0 in one palce so had to do form again now been 12 days so in all 2 months there and omg now turkey it will be over 2 yrs before he gets here .lol.they are saying all iranian does ap from 3 to 6 months or longer omg .

sorry thats a k1 visa .what do they have to do for nvc the same as a i130?i just dont understand this if we would have know its so fast we would have waited to marry. but we didnt want that .guess we learned .it dont pay to get married first. i just dont understand why so long for married ppl.

my husband and i started our i130 in feb 2011 and stii only now after 2 months in nvc does it take so long when ppl with ki zip right throught ..i was told only 10 days for nvc on a ki what do they have to do for nvc? interview and why so long for us it took us over a yr just in uscis and i had a friend approvrd in 25 dys for a k1 and both are from iran .so is it same for them all the paper work at nvc sorry about my writing .its not great.just makes me mad that we have waited so long and this friend is getting theres so easy

well we did a lawyer also but did a 1130 we are married it took us 14 months just to go through uscis and arnaka well u go there and ALL ppl from iran go through ap maies and females .as far as dubai u do a interview and u wait 30 days after and no ap and ap can take up to 6 months .i sure hope it dont take as long as it has us its now 16 months and now just going through national visa center but yes after the first u can do your self . but i still use our lawyer for advice
