I have been return to the U.S. from Mexico since one months ago .. I currently live in Colorado ... I m not sure where you present living in ? Are you USC or the beneficiary ? Are you an immigration visa or non- immigration visa ,You would sent it to 2 different address which you rather sent it to :

I will drop it off the redo medical exam and mexican passport to consulate by DHL after done with medical exam office this Monday and had a DHL confirmation register for pick it up the passport but I am really confusion about what is this do mean to me - (Please note that you have not scheduled an appointment. That mean I will need to make an appointment for medical exam or no needs ?

Kevin& Laura ~ I received the IL package It say only need sent the passport and redo medical exam but I m not sure do I need to make an appointment for ASC fingerprint again ? did you have like this ? Please share with this thanks !

I 'm little concern DHL package is ready to pick it up for today ( Dec 18) but I am not in CD Juarez yet but I will leave here Caborca tomorrow night and will take the bus ahead to CD Juarez wonder DHL office will hold for me to pick it up for this Friday morning there will be okay ??

I wonder what I will have my last name on Permanent card after I arrive in the U.S. USCIS will mail it to me that will be maiden name or married name ? since I have original Mexican passport is maiden name not married name but they will have my passport very soon and wonder what they will put visa into my passport will be maiden name or married name ?

All first of thing , where are you present living at ? you would receive approved letter from the U.S. and u would call 703 439 2313 and 202 663 1541 to check it out if your approved already in their system and they will tell you about that .

Hello everyone , I am little concern about my DS-260 since I'm waiting for instruction letter will be at DHL in CDJ. Mexico to be redone for medical , passport and possible follow up appt . whenever I admitted to the U.S. that USCIS will mail permanent resident ( green card ) will go to wrong address since DOS have my old address how can I do that to update for new address from old address or I can't do until I will have the instruction letter from CDJ first then can do that update for DS -260 to change new address and info as necessary to change it or what ? but I see some informaton on USCIS ELIS do accept to change new address from old address after pay USCIS immigrate fee ?

I will appreciate yours to share this if you know about this thanks !

I think they are K-1, not IR-1/CR-1, since this is the K-1 forum. If K-1, that's a no to the immigration fee, and no automatic green card.

OP, what visa are you applying for?

Who re IR-1/CR-1 still need to pay for USCIS immigration fee and K-1 no immigrate fee and I am in I601 waiver and I knew that I will have to pay for USCIS immigration fee before depart for the U.S.

Yes , you still will need to pay USCIS immigration fee before departs for the U.S. and that will mail permanent resident card ( Green Card) out to you where u will current live at in the U.S.

Jawaree ~ Never do with expedite , It was I 601 waiver of grounds of inadmissibility

Loso ~ Without any folder or acco fastener what I did do is just regular that made pretty well as quickly approved ..

Submit this waiver to USCIS in Nov 18 , 2013 then USCIS NSC approved us on Dec 2, 2013 . So I'm waiting for the instruction letter would be on the way to DHL anytime not know how long I will receive package from DHL I hope so very soon ..

USCIS NSC notify DOS or NVC that will have my case be there that I AM APPROVED but it really getting me little worried since NVC been closed my case last Jan 2013 when I has a interviewed with US EMBASSY at Mexico and It still okay for this case will reopen once NVC or DOS received info. for my case approved from USCIS NSC ?? Please tell me about this as asap thanks !!

I would like to say for everyone ... I really pleasure to have you the people sometime advise or help me what I needed to do .. I really can't describe how exciting I am !!! since I received email from USCIS that I AM APPROVED !!!!! ONLY 12 DAYS !! I really can't wait to go home very soon to see my loving husband ..How amazing God are to me !!

I really don't understand why USCIS has changed relating to my case go back to initial review from RFE review for I-601 waivers It say I would waiting for other 4 to 5 months sound start over to review my case from RFE review ? since I return my RFE submitted to USCIS last Nov 19 and USCIS recieved mine RFE document info. Nov 21, 2013 but why USCIS email me at first place told me that they would give me an answer for 2 months then later I second receive email from USCIS for today that USCIS said they put me back to that Initial review I am trying to understand .

Jihana , I will need to get new police record where I present living in Mexico ? but I still have the police records in the United States since Jan 2013 or only need to be in Mexico ?

I have been living here in Mexico for one year .. I has a interviewed at US Embassy in Ciudad Juarez , Mexico since Jan 2013 and my cases been going to USCIS NSC in the U.S. since Feb 2013 to present still on and hope soon to response with make final decision between 1 to 2 month or possible less , but that really concern me about my immigration visa soon for one year still be good or might retake forms to start over or not need just only might need to redo for medical exam and redo fingerprint ? if you any of u has a experience like this ? I will know ahead of the time ..

Jawaree - Yes I did and I m waiting for NSC to email or sent a letter for final decision on my case and it say about 1 to 2 months or less of the month depend on their speed up in the processing ... So I guess be waiting ...
