    I-765 (Authorization for Employment) Problem

    in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

    So my fiance got here in April and we married on June 1st (K-1) Visa. She has not yet gotten the Authorization for Employment from DHS because we've just sent out the AOS documents, but she has a job offer. If she accepts, and works, will she be out of status and eligible for deportation? Do we have any option besides simply say she can't work until hear back from USCIS/DHS?
