  1. Hi. Everyone.

My neighbor will check our mailbox in our absence. And she agreed to submit my application for reschedule.

I want to prepare everything for her so that she just mail my package.

The office I submitted my i751 form was Vermont. I want to know where to send my package to request for reschedule of my biometric appointment? And what kind of envelope package should I use? Should I get a package stamped from post office so that my neighbor just mail the package easily without spending a penny.

Pl. Advice and share your experiences.

    Thanks.

I am going on vacation for almost a month. And I am pretty sure that my biometrics will be scheduled in that time. For sure I will need to reschedule it.

So in this case I will remove the wedding and honeymoon photos.

See below wedding pictures evidence idea I found on nolo website.

Photographs and Gifts for Special Occasions

Don’t be afraid to share wedding pictures and (non-intimate) photographs of you and your spouse during your marriage. This demonstrates that you are a happy couple and attend events together! If the U.S. citizen spouse bought anniversary or birthday gifts for the other spouse, show the cards and receipts.

  4. Hello,

i am little concerned with our wedding evidence to be used or not.

Because we had religious ceremony performed, wedding reception party, honey moon and then we did civil ceremony.

for wedding evidence I plan to send to wedding pictures, honeymoon pictures.

in nj religious wedding is void without marriage license. So that means we did married legally once.

but that's not a problem we did civil ceremony later. So legally we have only one marriage date.

normally couples do civil ceremony than religious wedding.

is it possible uscis can ask me about this why religious wedding before civil marriage and can raise any kind of objection about it ?

  5. Hello,

We plan to make international trip soon and my gc is expiring on the day we are entering back USA.

Will the copy of NOA for extension of 1 year is valid at customs immigration as supposed to original ?

Our trip is for 1 month and I plan to file right before we leave. In the meantime when Noa will come, my friend will scan and send to me. Upon entry to USA I will use this scanned copy at customs.

The reason m doing this way because I know biometrics appointment comes in a month and I don't want to miss it. So I am sending I 751 close to my trip departure.

give reasons for the unavailability of utilities in her name.

Very nice explanation. And this will in cover letter.

    Example -

    Utility Bill -

-> Copy of utility bill under XXXXXX name.

-> Before we got married, all utility bills were either under my name or parents name. After we got married, never thought of making any change there. So no utility bills under my spouse name.

Would this suffice if I add to my cover letter ?

  7. On Part 1 - since I don't have middle name. My name wasn't auto populating on Part 7.

So I ended up in adding a space in middle name, now my name auto populates in Part 7. But it shows like this -

    "R. . LastName"

Will this be still okay ?

in prior i-751 forms, it used to print full name. now it is printing first name initial. middle name initial. last name.

to be on safe side, just I don't want to use the old form even though it is valid until Feb 2017.

for utilities, do you have some in your name and some in your spouse's? This would show common residence even though not both of your names are listed. Looks like you have a pretty good list though.

Caveat: I haven't gone through this yet.

I’ve utilities under my name, parents name but none under my spouse name.

So I thought of skipping utilities all together.

Do you think it is still good idea to add evidence of utility under my name ? USCIS instructions says to show joint utility only.
