I’m a US citizen living in US.

I filed for my son in September 2017who was then living in Saudi Arabia. Now In 2022 he has permanently moved to Pakistan. 
how do I change his address on the I130 that I applied for him? I tried the form AR-11 but it’s for US only, as it doesn’t give you the option of selecting the country. What do I do? Will he be getting correspondence over there? Do I need to change his address? Kindly help me out here.

do we need to take the xrays to the US embassy or is it only require at the airport/customs?

Did she take the xrays with her to the embassy or just the medical report?

On your timeline, it says that it was your i130 that got approved (CR1/IR1), not your i129f (K3). Which one is it?

both got approved but NVC sent my I129 to the US embassy immediatly where as my I130 is still at NVC so i went on with my I129

I applied for I130 on March 2013 and I129 in September 2013 , I have my interview (for I129) after 5 days! yaay! 7th MArch2014 ,so it took almost 4 months for them to process my I129 ,n we wasted one month to organize our documents.

I got my K3 petition approved in 4 months! will have my interview after 6 days!

My spouse visa took one whole year, we applied for K3 and here i am waiting for my interview,i hope I get the visa issued!

I am filling in my DS260 , some questions are confusing me

Questions about educational institutions .....because on my educational documents no attending date is mention (DD-MM-YY) .on it just results declaration dates are given and education sessions years ...what should i write on DS260

other question is about my employment ...should i write my posting address or my department address ?

one thing more ,NVC saying police certificate is not required any more from pakistan ,did you know this update?

Yes! Police certificates are no longer required for Pakistan.U can check from here,select "Pakistan" in the reciprocity table and scroll down for police certificate,u will find the reasons and details for it! http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/fees/reciprocity-by-country.html

I got my I129F (K3) transferred to the US embassy in my country and even got the email asking me to submit documents and schedule the interview.

im going ahead with it cuz i havent been assigned the case number yet for my I130 NVC received it on 13th January!

We have received ur I129F approved petition from USCIS,and ur case wil b sent to the US embassy in islamabad,in the meantime ur spouse should visit ceac and fill DS160 to apply for a K visa!

My husband applied for I129F in sept2013.

Transferred to Nebraska

NOA2: 13th dec

NVC case received: 11th jan

hey,I didnt receive any RFE..but got this yesterday!

On December 13, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

6th March IR1 filer,still waiting for NOA2..
