Hang in there,they should send it soon.My NOA2 is July 26 and NVC got my case on August 12&on August 13 they send to my Consulate.So they'll move fast once gets to NVC;)

NOA2 July 26 CSC and today I called Department of State and they said they got my file today&give me the new case number,so it took 2 weeks for NVC to do something.I hope they'll send soon to my Consulate;)

NOA 2 July 26 CSC,no case nr yet,still waiting.I called NVC on Friday and they said it can take up to 8 weeks:(

This is what I sent to my fiancée:):

- bank statements(3 months)

-letter from my bank saying how much money I have in all my accounts

- I 134 affidavit support sign in original

- letter of intent(sign and date)
-Income Tax 2 years
-pay stubs 3 months
-Letter from my employer stating that I'm working and for how long, my position, my pay,etc.
-a copy of the I 129 F
He already has pictures, proof of ongoing relationship(Skype,imesages,viber, email, whatssapp conversations),boarding passes; copy of my passport and social security(just in case)

I think this is all, I hope I'm not missing anything;)

Hello everybody,

I need ypur help pls!I'm confused,I thought my approved petition is going to NVC next but I guess not or I might be wrong.

So today I got my NOA2 hard copy and it's says:

"The above petition has been approved,and forwarded to the listed consulate.Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance...etc"...

Did anybody get the same thing like us?Should I contact my consulate from now on or should I call NVC?

In my letter doesn't say anything about NVC.

Any advice?suggestions?

You should file the request as soon as possible otherwise I don't think they are going to do anything.I say this because that's what happened to me.I filled the request,I called 4 times,I filed a complain with the ombusdman and finnaly I got my NOA2(Noa1 Jan 30 CSC)

So my advice is to do the request right now and keep calling them,I'm sure you are going to get the NOA2 soon;)

Yeap that's all we can do:call,send requests and hope for an answer.I can't make another e-request because the system doesn't let me do it so I have to wait for one more week:(.Last time when I called the Tier 2 said that they are working on my case right now,hard to believe:(

Yojoe,what's your NOA1date?I see you are a CSC filer too.

It's sad when I see that we get all the same answer after putting in the service request:(...I think they forgot about Jan and Feb cases:(

February 6th filer awaiting approval while March, April and May get approvals. (AKA BS) Passed the 5 month mark on July 6th. Contacted USCIS multiple times and talked to tier 1 and 2 reps. Put in an e-request as well for my petition being "outside normal processing times". The response below is what I received via email, which basically says "ya we know, it will get done when it gets done." Don't count on them doing the job they outlined on their site. This system was designed with serious flaws and you can't navigate a maze of incompetence very well.

Again, it essentially says, "ya ya ya, we will get to it when we get to it. Our governmental system in action people. This $#%! "runs" our country. No wonder we are in such a sad state!

No,because I never had the time to wait,they put me on hold for almost an hour.I'm planning to call tomorrow again and wait until I talk to a Tier 2 officer.

Btw last Tier 1 told me that everything is fine with my case and I should not get an RFE,this was 10 days ago.She also said that I should get an answer in maximum 10 days but didn't happened:(.We'll see what happens tomorrow when I call again.

Yes,I called 3 times already and the same answer "You have to wait".

Last week when I called the lady told me that they're working at the cases dated January 16,2013.Are you kidding me?!How came cases from April and March get approved and not January?ughhh...I already send an e-request and contacted the Ombudsman,nothing yet.I don't know what's going on and plus no RFE...
