Hi Wortu,
in our case: we first received an approval from Rome, saying that our petition had been forwarded to Frankfurt. 2 days later we received another approval letter from Frankfurt, saying that we now had to follow the next steps.
Are they asking you to follow the next steps now? If not, you have to wait for your approval from Frankfurt, I guess, which will surely arrive soon.
Maybe that's why you are not allowed to log in... You also can write an email to USCIS Frankfurt: it's what we did, when we became the approval from Rome and they answered quickly.

Hi everybody!
I read that some of you used assets based abroad (in our case Germany and France, such as real estate and saving accounts). Does the embassy in Frankfurt accept such assets of the beneficiary based abroad ? (I heard it depends on the consulate..)
My husband's (USC) income will continue (in Euro) once in the US, so it should work without assets but if not, we hope that my assets will be accepted.
Thanks a lot for your help!

You are the petitioner, your wife is the beneficiary.
Thank you!

Thanks Veronica!!
We received the NOA2 today.
Now we have a question concerning ds230 though:
Question 39: Who is the petitioner? Is it the applicant of the visa (my french wife Amandine) OR is it me, Anton (USC, who filed I-130)?
Thank you again!!

Hi everybody,
we just received an "approval notice of relative immigrant visa petition" from the USCIS. (SO HAPPY!!)
There is no mention of ds-230 and we don`t have a case number.
Should we now wait for a letter from the Department of State (consular section) before sending the documents from step 3-7?
What should we do?
Thanks!!

Great!! Thanks
What about the DS-230? Should we send the form before receiving NOA2 or should we wait?
Thanks again

Hi everyone,
I filed the petition I-130 for my wife today. We are a little confused as we did not receive a case number, should we worry?
Contrary to some posts in this forum, they did not ask us to submit the DS-230 today.
Do we have to wait until I-130 is approved or should we submit DS-230 in advance?
Also, what is A NOA1 and NOA2?
Thanks a lot!!
Anton
