    i-751 CSC - filing/response time - over 2 weeks no response

    Hi - has anyone experience response times of over 2 weeks when you filed at CSC?

     

    i-751 Package was sent on 1/20 via USPS Priority.

    1/21 - Delivered

     

    Check has not been cashed, no NOA1, and package was not returned.    I called National Service Desk and they said it could take up to 30 days and call back after the 30 days.

     

    I been looking at other timelines and most checks were cashed within a couple of days and NOA was received a week later.

     

    Anyone else out there waited over 2 weeks?   Getting worried that the package may have been lost.

    I'm in the exact same situation for CSC.  Sent on 1/20. Received on 1/21.  No feedback, no noa, check not cashed, and no returned application. 

     

    I called national customer service and they said I have to wait 30 days from delivery date.   The problem I have with waiting 30 days is that will put us only a few days before the expiration date. 

     

    I asked if I could submit another package and I was told to wait.

    California CSC - i-485 - How long for interview date??

    Hi Everyone,

    First I want to say thank you to everyone on VJ. This site has been so helpful in my journey.

    We are now at i-485 AOS stage. Our i-485 has been accepted and we are ready for an interview schedule but I haven't seen or received anything from USCIS. It has been 3 months, should I be concerned? Anyone in California? What was your wait time for the interview? I have also emailed them for status, waiting for their response.
