Thanks everyone for your advice. God bless you all.

Why not return to the office where you were interviewed and ask to speak to the officer? Ask to file request for status update - maybe that will get them moving.
Have you involved your congressman yet?
I haven't done that yet because I'm overseas right now, I wont come back until october, meanwhile I have scheduled an appointment for my husband. Do you think we need to contact our congressman?

may I ask what kind of evidence did you send initially with your N400?
Tax returns of the last 4 years
Joint bank account statements
Apartment lease contracts with both our names
Car insurances with both our names
Certificate of marriage

I don't know, but I do remember that she told me to wait for form N-14 that indicates what documents I need to send in. To the best of my knowlege, in most cases the officer gives the applicant that form on the same day of the interview, but in my case she only gave me a form that indicates that I passed the interview test but additional evidence is requested. I don't even know what evidence she wants and how shall I send it in. Thank you for your help.

I didn't send any evidence yet because I was told to wait on a letter that states what documents they need.

Hello everyone,
On June 6th I passed my citizenship test (through marriage), but the officer who interviewed me asked for more evidence. She told me that I was supposed to receive a letter within 4 weeks from the date of my interview. It's already passed 96 days and I still haven't heard anything from them. My husband and I called them several times but nobody could give us any updates. I forgot to mention that I was verbally abused and discriminated against by the officer who interviewed me, so I sent a written complaint to the immigration office where she works, but haven't heard anything from them. Do you guys think that my application is going to be denied? How long does it take for an application to get void?
Thanks everyone.

Thank you all for your replies. Our realtor told us that the bank will not accept a foreign notary, everyting has to be notarized at the consulate or the embassy.
@ Miben: yes, I need to sign every document because my name is on the contract. I will ask my realtor about the POA. Thank you all for your clarifications. Your help is greatly appreciated

Yes between 30 to 40 pages. I really don't know what to do

To the best of knowlege, your husband does not need any transit visa as long as he stays inside the airport. I know many people who have done that and they didn't have any problems at all.

Hello eveyone! I know that the fee for notarials is $50 in the US embassy in Morocco, the problem is that I have almost 40 pages to notarize. Do they take into consideration the amount of pages? because if they charge me $50 per page, I will end up paying $2000 which is absolutely ridiculous. I forgot to mention that the notarials are needed to close on a short sale house in Florida, but the problem is that I'm already in Morocco!!
Did anyone go through a similar process? Please help ASAP!!

Hello, I'm a US citizen who wants to get married in a European country. I was asked to provide a good conduct certificate from a US Consulate. The question here is that I have very bad credit and did not file for bankruptcy, will my credit affect that certificate? Thank you in advance for your help!!
