My sisters husband abandoned her in Red Deer , Alberta Canada. He is possessing a visitor visa to enter US. He created a lot of troubles over there and hes planning to enter US, Would it be possible to prohibit that person from entering US and revoke/cancel his Visitor visa so that he will go back to his country.If can , who can help me to file this? please help me..Thanks
