We have been waiting for the CSC to let us know SOMETHING about our returned case that they have had since April 6, 2017. What started out with them telling us 180days/6months, went to 1 year from the date they received it back, until now, they are saying 18+ months for a decision. I have contacted 2 senators, made info pass appointment, asked for case expedite, thought about withdrawing and starting over, asking for a case transfer, also considering Ombudsman request. I am full of emotions, and really don't know what is the best route for us.

Hi we are new to this site and are getting ready to start our paperwork. We were recently married in Ghana and was wondering if you could please tell us what all forms are required to file for the Spousal Visa & also could you suggest anything else I may be able to read and use to help us out on our journey?
