So the date the OPT started?

So I have everything I need all together, finally!! i was just wondering if anyone had any input on the order to put the forms + evidence in envelopes. Should I put the I-130 in its own envelope, then the I-485 + I-693 + I-864 + I765 + I-131 in another envelope. Then put those two envelopes in a big envelope/package to send?!?

On the first page of the form it asks If you have ever before applied for employment authorization from uscis? I am currently on OPT so the answer is yes. The question I have is what follows, it asks what USCIS OFFICE and the date?
Does anyone know where I could find this information? I have the I-797C from filing for my OPT and it has the address for the Texas office at the bottom, a notice date and a received date. Should I use any of these?

I am filing for AOS from a student visa/OPT due to marriage to a US citizen. I was wondering if I don't know the exact date that I may be traveling what can I do about the question that asks Date of intended departure and expected length of trip??

Ok, will do, thanks.
Just to verify, I am filing concurrently so I do not have the approval notice from my I-130. Do I still check A?

My wife, US citizen and the petitioner has only been working for the past 2 years, she was a full time student 3 years back. So she only has 2 years of tax returns but the I-864 asks for 3 years of annual income. Should I just leave the box blank or put none or n/a??
Also it has a box that says, 'I have filed a federal tax return for each of the three most recent tax years. I have attached the required photocopy or transcript of my federal tax return for only the most recent tax year'
Should she not check this box???

I am filing for AOS from a student visa/OPT. I got married 2 months ago, and my wife is filling out the I-130. Question 14. asks Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on form I-94 or I-95.
The only problem is my I-94 doesn't have a date that my stay expires. Has anyone run into the same problem and if so what did you put??

ok, thats great info, thanks guys. Another question concerning the I-864. My wife, US citizen and the petitioner has only been working for the past 2 years, she was a full time student 3 years back. So she only has 2 years of tax returns but the I-864 asks for 3 years of annual income. Also it has a box that says, 'I have filed a federal tax return for each of the three most recent tax years. I have attached the required photocopy or transcript of my federal tax return for only the most recent tax year'
Should she not check this box???

Can anyone let me know what exactly is needed in terms of Tax forms for the I-864 (just the first two pages needed or all say 20 pages from each year), also W-2, and 1099's??
Thanks

So I should put my Uscis number off my OPT card in as my A number?!? The more people that can give input the better, I've heard both sides so far, just wanting to be sure before i send my AOS package

Hi there all,
I am filing AOS from F-1 visa while on OPT. I have read a few different posts commenting on possible A number and whether to enter it or not. Can anyone enlighten me on what they have done in regards to entering an A number on their forms if they were filing while on OPT?!? Also where is the A number located on the OPT card?
Last question, my wife being an American citizen, does she have an A number and if so where can we find it?
Thanks

What did your husband put for the household number in part 5 of the I-864?
-
Thats awesome info on the affidavits btw, thank you so much
-
Also, did you put anything in the space that asks for an A-number??
-
Hi there, this is exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you so much, this will be a great help. Did you type out all the affidavits yourself and just have all 5 separate parties sign them? Did they all say the same thing??

Hi all,
I am preparing my AOS package and am planning on sending by the end of this week. I wanted to create this forum for everyone in my situation currently and also in the future.
Anyone in my position or who have been in my situation, if you could post the exact contents of your packet and the order you filed it all together.
This will help myself and hopefully everyone in the future
Cheers

Hi all,
Has anyone had any problems sending in a photocopy of your marriage liscence??
Cheers

The only things I have different to your above list is:
I-94 photocopy the back as well as the front
Photocopy of the last arrival stamp in your passport
G-1145 for I-485
Is your above list how your putting them all in envelopes?
Do you send W2's, paystubbs, etc with the I-485 or the I-765?
I am filing while on my OPT and I was married 2 months ago, do you know anything about the additional info I need to add, or if anyone knows any info I need, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Awesome, thank you. Im working my way through and checking all you have with what I have to see if there are any differences. Will let u know if I see anything. Also just to verify, Petitioner is you who is filing correct and beneficiary is your partner?

(*) Two affidavits of personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship
Can you tell me what you had them write and how it looks please?

Divorce may be in hand before interview for Green Card, what are my options!!!??
in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits

Hi there everyone.
I just recently got married in April. I filed for AOS from an F1/OPT Visa just over a month ago with a huge amount of help from my fellow visa journey members. Thank you again for all the help.
I just got my biometrics done last week. but through the process and especially in the last few months my wife has grown away from me, divorce may be on the cards soon. Safe to say I'm incredibly disappointed to even be in this situation and looking at my options if I do get divorced but Im beginning to think I need to cover my ###.
My question to everyone is what are my options if we are separated before my interview for my green card?!? and also what are my options if we are separated after the interview?
Thank you for any and all replies in advance.
