  1. Hi my fiancée passed her interview on the 10th. On Monday, ceac visa status changed to issued and now today it's changed to administrative processing. What does this mean ? Is this good news or bad news? I thought we were already approved! They took her passport on the 10th after her interview --

mine was the same, i was interviewed sep 10, sep 16 was AP then sep 18, ISSUED, then yesterday around 5pm it went back to AP again. its confusing!!!

  2. I knw tht feeling. cz like us actually we've waited for almost 11mnths to get approved and then now we still have to wait patiently to get my visa on hand. i dunno why this is all happening.and who knows.?!! even agents cant tell us neither the exact dates or reason why this process is taking so long. but atleast youve seen your status are changing unlike mine wc is frozen on its ...READY stats......

did you try to call usem on that. i called the usem this afternoon and they cant say why from issued back to AP again. usem told me that i should wait. grrrr..

  3. My fiance and I are ready for the first major step in the K-1 process on her end in Philly - the dreaded CFO seminar. She will be going the last week of this month, as she will be doing this before our NOA2 to get it out of the way.

She will return there after the embassy interview with her passport, visa, copies of this form, payment receipt, and seminar completion certificate to get a sticker affixed to her passport.

Here is the single sheet guide that I made for her to bring and will go over with her in preparation for the seminar. Let me know if it looks good. smile.png
