Like Nigerwife says you have to go to immigration office in Nigeria in person you can't obtain from here.
And that Visa you got that's 6 months that's entry. What they stamp when you arrive is how long you stay. (usually first times get 30 to 60 days).
usually second or 3rd time they give you a 2 year window of entry. still usually only 30 to 60 days but always can extend when you are there.
Yes..My husband company applied for just single entry but i was surprise when i saw multiple entry and business visa.. Guess it was a mistake...

Its very obvious this guy is only with you because he wants to use you to get over here so so desperate and its a shame. My only advice to you is to run for your life, you can do better because when he gets over here, he will endure for maybe 2 or 3 years and once he gets his green card or becomes a citizen he will disappear and marry someone his age. Nigeria men are not stupid and no reasonable Nigerian man who wants to be with a woman who is 40 years older than him, a woman that can't give him children only if he wants something from that woman. iF your the man and his the woman maybe ya. The CO will know its for immigration purpose only and deny it but you never know, miracles do happen so goodluck.
Bad advice... You're not God...Do you know if the guy have 4 kids already or cant even have kids... You can just assume and conclude.. Yes!! Nigerian might be shaky but not all!!
Guess the real Nigerian here should try as much as possible to promote the country in a positive way and stop been condemned.
He will endure for maybe 2 or 3yr: Why you dream of 2 to 3yrs when you dont even know if you'll leave till tomorrow? Can you guarantee what gonna happen in your own relationship in the next 2yrs?
Advice: Follow your heart and enjoy every single moment with your spouse.. Get marriage and apply, front load your application and believe me, miracle still happens and you will be surprise with the end result.

There is a visa catergory called Niger Wife that you may be entitled to, it is under the CERPAC visa catergory. http://www.immigration.gov.ng/index.php?id=7
I got one about five years ago when we were living in Nigeria. It was free, never expires--and even allows me to use the Nigerian resident line at Immigration (when the customs officials are being friendly).
Safe travels!
Thanks Nigerwife for the info... Please did you get it in Nigeria or here in the states..Please i really need the information and how to proceed.. just check the website but it kinda confusing.. Just thinking of applying for another 6mth Visa.
Thanks for the help

Follow your heart... People will always talk.. Some say Nigerian are worst.. but it opposite.. Nigerians are loving and caring people.. My husband is the best..

Hello!! The issue of age is not a problem.. have seen 30yrs diff. got it right.. The major problem here is your previous application.. Everybody has a reason to believe you only got into this relationship for visa purpose only (Also with the age diff.). CO are not fools, thr actually know what happening in Nigerian even more than some Nigerian.......lol
Malaysia: What are you doing in Malaysia...Believe me, staying in Malaysia at your age is also a VERY BIG RED FLAG... Am sure you know what am talking about.. This people read news and quite aware of what happening....You can beat them..and that why AMERICA IS THE BEST....
BE TRUTHFUL: Even reading all you previous messages it look shaky...inconsistent.....With my little experience in Nigeria, everybody has 10% of getting it right.. but if you're truthful, nobody can stop you..
ITS NOT OVER! you learn more about yourself in defeat. Dust down, right the wrongs and take a move to correct those mistakes.. Your wife can still make it happen.. Sure, she will get a letter in 4 to 9months.. let her contact her congressman.. and am pretty sure all will be fine.. This just to test you guys commitment in this relationship.. Never give up..
-
So sorry for yesterday disappointment... Guess that how God want it.. You said something about the RED Flag... People here cant advice you without knowing the basis for the red flag.. Am sure you know that and with what you wrote, it quite clear you knew why your petition was denied.
Med care: been in Nigeria and am sure your wife will get total medcare!! All you have to do is to convince her and take full responsibility. Getting a Job might be hard but am sure she will( as long as shes educated) or better-still, she need to shuttle US-NG..
Wish you best of luck! Your Journey has just started.

Relax! Nothing you can do at this time. My husband was also put on AP(with the same contact sheet... it much more horrible when you have to fly to Nigeria for his interview and he came out of the embassy with the contact sheet!!hmmmm) few month ago and right now, we together!
I know how you feel.... Trust me it horrible... Here is what i think you should do
1) Pray and be truthful.
2) Expect home visit from field agent...Those people are very good and with what my husband told me, the field agent knew almost everybody in our house. He most have done all the investigation before showing up at our door which mean meeting my husband was just a formality.
3) Get yourself and partner a smart phone!! Talk, Skype, Tango, dance, warship together online.. All this will help you.
4) Trust me, don’t bother mailing the embassy, Once you mailed them more than 3 time, you may get the most shocking massage ever which may make you cry and sad.
5) If you’re financially capable, visit as much as you can.
6) Let God do the rest.
No one can tell you how long the AP is going to last.. Ours was almost 3 month but there is one thing am pretty sure about which is IF YOUVE BEEN TRUTHFUL WITH ALL THE INFORMATION SENT AND TOLD THE EMBASSY, YOUR WIFE WILL HERE WITH YOU SOON..
Every AP is different.
Good luck
