Yes you can. It took us 8 months to file for my AOS because of finances. And it is expensive. Good luck

CDC wants to be sure that immigrants are not carriers of some contagious disease. I was also worried when i had my medical appointment that they might see something in my chest x-ray. And they did see something but i was not required to have a sputum test. So when we were working on my AOS i was required to go through another series of medical exams. I even had a tuberculin skin test. Good thing the result was negative. USCIS received my medical packet June 20,2013. I received a reply July 3 my AOS has been approved. Received my permanent resident card July 10 without going to an interview.

We also did not have pictures of our engagement,pictures engagement ring etc...but we submitted hard copies of our conversations like emails,sms and phone bills. Our emails and sms alone is 2 inches thick lol. I was asked by the consul if we talk regularly...i showed her the evidence her reply was "Wow!"lol You will be fine even without engagement pictures.

Awwww... I call that division of labor. Reminds me of the first couple of weeks when i got here, hubby did the cooking and cleaning.
