Sometimes immigration loses your paperwork so its best just to resubmit it again.
when submitting your paperwork write a note at the top of your number that they gave you.

Thank you for sharing. The seems to be quicker than most.
Yes most ppl get there's a month time

Michael and Ganna, any word on your GC yet? Please provide an update if possible. Thank you.
Hutchy984, may I ask how many days it took from POE to GC in hand?
Thank you!

I enter here October 25th and got it on December 7th

Yes. Great. I miscalculated before with the days. It took 51 days from POE to having card in hand. Your status will change to tell you it has been mailed and after that you will get a tracking number when the post office has it.
Thanks a lot

My card being produced two days ago so thank god for that.. So any minute now I be receiving it.

Omg it change back to ap
I feel like crying...
Don't worry I was in the same position you just have to wait till you see issue, it gets frustrating but just wait a bit before seeing anything
-
No there isn't
Ok thanks

You mean with your IOE number that you get after paying the immigrant fee? Then an error is normal if you try to track with USCIS case status. It SHOULD tell you when the card goes into production but you might not get anything before that. Mine says payment received but not everyone's works like that.
What do you mean? when I paid for the for fee it shows how long they were supposed to send it but after I entered in the states the website started to give errors. is there any other way to track it?
-
I been checking on my case status since I enter the states and each time the site keep giving me error. do any one get errors?

It means that if you are the one helping the others in your household add the person you are filing for to it
meaning if you and a child lives in the home add the beneficiary 2+1

Ok, I am sorry for the delay. I hope you get a new sponsor asap. ?
I believe you can get someone to make up the shortage and use both income. I am not 100% sure though.
thanks but i just trying harder to get someone

Ok so she is below the poverty guideline. I am surprise NVC didn't ask you to get an additional sponsor.
She missed it by $375. Her, 2 dependent plus you=4.

ok i figure when i came home and check back the guidelines but right now we just looking for a new sponsor

It seems like they up the poverty guidelines to 150% now, idk what to made of it, they might just be looking into my background more who knows with these ppl
reading the guidelines it seems like they change it from 125 to 150%.. idk why but i have to just look another one in the meantime smh
she claims her two dependents on her taxes.. she made around $30,000
-
I thought NVC would have let you know that your co- sponsor doesnt make enough.

Certificate of Non-Impediment to Marriage; Original Birth Certificate; Original Police Certificate; I-134 along with the petitioners most current years taxes (or tax transcript) and W2, current checkstubs, and an employment letter.

She needs to get permission because if he calls the police she be charged for kidnapping..
-
They should sent a appointment letter and normally you have 10 days between the medical and interview..
-
The best thing for you is to call the NVC customer services and ask about your case.. Sometimes they take a while to answer but just to be safe call..

Hello just curious you said they verified that you had your passport for at least 6 months. I am currently filing for my husband and daughter and he has had a passport for years but my daughter does not have one as yet.wr are currently in the process of getting her one.will that be a problem? She is only 3 and I'm currently waiting for my i130 to be approved which should be soon because I have been waiting 4 months already and my service center said it takes 5 or less months . anyway I'm just curious will it be a problem if she has not had her passport for 6 months when I get to the medical portion of the filing process
NO IT WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM, JUST MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE BIRTH CERTIFICATE HAS A BACK UP

Its never easy right now me and my wife going thru it, she even considering getting a divorce because been together for five years and married for two and with the distance its hurting us badly.
we see each other whenever we have money to fly down here to see me, in her mind she thinks it will never work out..
sometimes i'm hurting as well but i cannot show that i'm depressed on the situation this is draining me mentally and physically as well.
so to your question i don't know if it will get better if you don't have patience for this because in the end its up to the INS agent to give you a pass.. you just want to be with your love ones and its so hard..
-
it's going to take some time u have to be patient
