My fiancee' was approved May 8th and we still haven't received his visa. I understand your pain!

Hey guys. I'm new to this site, and i'm loving reading everyone's journey. My fiance' lives in El Salvador and was approved about 5 weeks ago for his visa. However, there was one document that I had faxed him and they told him they needed the original copy of the document. They told him it wasn't a big deal, just mail us the document and we will mail you your visa. I express mailed that document and he received it one week later. He sent it in and they received the document on May 18th. We have been on "administrative processing" since that point. Does anyone know how long it usually takes or is every case different? Also, when we check the status of his passport, it was saying "in tranist to post" and now it just says "no update is avail". Any helpful hints would be great.
