Did anyone see changes to their cases during the weekend? Fees made available? Access to system when it was giving an error before?

There was talk of NVC working Saturdays, just wanted to see if there was any movement for anybody this weekend.

Hi everyine, I have question about the I864. Part 6 #5 says: My curent individual income " (see instruction)", Where is this instruction? Is current annual income the income in 2013 or income in2014 from most current pay stub? My husband, the usc, is self employed, how will we report income in this line?

I am canadian citizen by naturalized. Legally immigrated to canada 20 years ago. Came to canada at age of 20. Do I need police check from my original country?

My husband's 3 years' income is as folow:

2013 - 125% above proverty

2012 - slightly below 125%

2011 - below 125%

Can we use the 864 EZ form? I am the only beneficiary and canadian citizen.

yes my husband's 2010's income is below 125%. His income in 2013 is above 24,000. He has savings. can we send them bank statements?

I am the wife, beneficiary, and canadian. My pd is june 11 and still waiting for noa2. I am planning to go abroad (to australia) and stay there for awhile.

My question are:

1. when noa2 come, can i do my nvc process while in australia?

2. what are documents needed for nvc?

3. can nvc process be done if both petitioner and beneficiary are abroad (australia)?

I will come back to canada for police check, medical, interview and poe.

To you&i. Did you mean you sent them your papaer work of name surname change to reflex marriage. I had my last name changed but haven't submitted any thing. I was thinking of doing that after noa2.

Enter US again after coming back to canada for 2 weeks and not have enough proofs of ties. Will it be easier to cross boarder after noa2?

I am preparing the I 864 the affidavit support for my husband. Am I allowed to fill up these forms for him? Also do I fill out the last page (page 9) that I am the preparer ?

Thanks everyone. My wife worried that she has to show her income. Yes, my income is above 125% requirement. If the beneficiary is unemployed do you just put ' not working' in your ds230 and other forms?

My wife, the benificiary, works only part time. Will this effect the consulate's decision?
