There's a window of time they schedule not every day all day. The scheduling usually closes after about 1st to 2nd week. Thats why the 14th or 15th is all you see.
So its wait until next round months scheduling .
And you are in the wrong months thread we are in May Interviews.

Lol.... Thanks

No update on the spreadsheet from April 14 Case Complete. What is going on? Are people just not updating or NVC not giving interview dates?
-
Case completed today finally! Now waiting for interview. I would like to thank everyone here especially Saylin.
Off to the next stage now.

When you get that yellow exclamation point triangle thing next to IV bill how long does it take before it is available to pay?
Based on my experience, 1-2 days. Daughter's case - 1 day. Son's case - 2 day.
-
Saylin,
Quick question on AOS package. Do I really need to wait for the Payment Status to be PAID before I send the AOS package? What is the complication if I send the AOS package it while it is still IN PROCESS?
Thanks again in advance.

Congrats!
I hope i get mine soon.
I waited for 29 business day. I hope you get your case # earlier.

Hi Saylin,
Please update my info. Finally got case # this morning. Thanks.
-
Saylin,
I am petitioning my 2 kids ages 15 and 13. I am still waiting for case number/s. But is it okay that I just create an email for my both kids and give that to the NVC operator when I get the case #?
Thanks

Hi Saylin,
I know you put a lot of info about I-864 but what about I-864w? I fall in that category and correct me if I am wrong, that form do not require tax documents and employment letter like the regular affidavit of support, right?
Thank you in advance for your input.

I got approved Nov 22 but USCIS did not mail till Dec 5th....what #######
Did you get the email that they send the approved case to NVC the same time as the approval? and what service center you got approved?
-
Does every approval comes with an email saying the approved petition was shipped to NVC? and does USCIS physically shipped that same day you get the email?
-
-
Just wondering so when they email you "On January 16, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. " means they did not do it physically? Or should I ask, does every approved case comes with that email?

I spoke to a Tier 2 officer last night and just found out the transfer on November 21 is not because of the expedite request I filed. She told me that the expedite request was not approved nor denied because of the transfer so she made another request.

please check this out : http://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-immigrant-fee
Will that be necessary for children who will become citizen instantly at the POE?
My minor children will be under the
"The Child Citizenship Act of 2000 allows certain foreign-born, biological and adopted children of American citizens to acquire American citizenship automatically. These children did not acquire American citizenship at birth, but they are granted citizenship when they enter the United States as lawful permanent residents (LPRs)."

School ID is fine.
The 12yo is exempted from the seminar. No need to bring him/her to CFO. You just need to have him/her registered and get the sticker.
Thank you for that quick reply. Very much appreciated.
-
For those who have their minor children attended the CFO, one of the requirement is
- One (1) valid identification card with photograph (eg., SSS ID, GSIS E-card, PRC ID, driver's license, postal ID, ARC, etc.)
Since my children are 12 and 15 years old, they only have passport and school id.
What other photo id can they present that will be acceptable to CFO?
Thanks.

I myself got transferred Nov 21. If somebody will create a list or spread sheet of people who gets transferred, it will all give us an idea of what to expect.
-
As we all may know, a lot of I-130 petitions on NBC are getting transferred as part of "Immigration Relief" USCIS is giving Filipino families. I have not seen a list/spread sheet tracking this so I decided to create one. This will give us an idea on how USCIS are handling the cases transferred.
Please note that I have read people getting updates, like mine, that says "transfered to local office" but in reality is its either one of the other service centers (VSC, NSC, TSC, CSC). So I will wait for the hard copy in the mail and update my info later.
Lets get this list going people.
Member Name.....Center.......NOA1........DATE TRANSFFERED.......New CENTER/OFFICE.......NOA2........(Days)... expedite(y/n)
tutsye...........NBC.......07/12/13.........11/21/13...............LOCAL/NEWARK........ ..... ... Y -
Is your beneficiary from the Philippines??
yes
-
I applied for expedite this afternoon and received an update a few minutes ago about my petitions are being transferred to another office. don't know where but I hope that that is a good sign.
Got update this morning. Case is going to local office which is Newark. As far as I know, they are backlogged I just hope and pray that my papers will not just sit there.

Hi guys,
The petition I filed has not been approved yet. But I wanted to get ahead of the game.
I am a US Citizen and filed I-130 for my two kids both under 16 years old. My understanding is that when they come here, they will automatically be a US citizen by the Child Citizenship Act of 2000.
One of the requirements though is "Live in the legal and physical custody of the American citizen parent". I left my country (was not a citizen yet) when my son was about 4 and my daughter not even a year old but visited them often.
Do you guys think I could file for I-864w or just I-864?
Thanks in advance.
