I am getting frustrated with this case. My fiance is an American who filed a k1 visa for a Cambodian way back 2009. Got approved but he had to cancel it because he, together with the USEM in Cambodia found out that the girl cheated and lied based on the DNA test of the baby she claimed to be his.
