my fiancé sent me the MNL case number and checked it online that my papers already in embassy since june 21 but as of today, I did not receive yet the hard copy of the visa instructions from US embassy of Manila waaaaaaa

I already made a payment 10:18am wa sthe transaction time. Its been 7hrs already. Everytime I try to make a schedule, it says that "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for ********** (my receipt) I am wondering if the receipt i provided is right LOL.. thats the same receipt from the deposit slip, upper right corner?
