Theres a lot of people filed I-130 that is not a VJ member... Probably 100,000 plus a month and theres only 100 plus a month that a VJ member.. I always think that if there is one vj member got approved in a day theres probably 10 approvals that is not a VJ member...

it because the illegals aren't paying taxes... once they are legalize, they are able to pay taxes... this is how this country works...

I think NBC is busy right now transferring all Feb and March files. Once its all done, they can start working on April filers.. because the original processing time for I-130 is 6 to 8 months and thats from NBC.. thats what i think...

I checked my status on USCIS and My case just got transferred today my pd is March 20...
-
My PD is 3/2013 USC.. im currently working and my contract will end in 2015 but it may end in 4 months due to alot irregularity of my company.. to you guys think its ok to expedite my case due to financial hardship?
-
Yup!! Thats whats going on right now.. have you guys seen any March filer got transferred? I havent only approvals..
-
Im March Filer NBC.. i spoke to Tier 2 2 weeks ago and told me that the normal processing time for I-130 is 8 to 10 months..
-
Overland park starts processing I-130 petition on September 30th.. the normal processing time for I-130 is 6 to 10 months... So Visa in hand would be probably around 8 to 10 months to a year.. so if you filed on May, November would have been on the 6th month right?? So 6 months of pending plus another 6 months processing from November equals to a year.... Thats why people receiving their response from congressional inquiries or senetor that they have to wait another 6 months by the time they received the response from them? But then again its just my estimate...
-
Just dont drink and drive anymore... The third conviction will be prison time.. and that would definitely affect your petition.
-
The flood is coming guys!!!!! Here comes the NBC!!!!!!
-
I think I should apply and I will send NOA2 to all March Filer.... Because its gonna be moreeee waiting for us... It means that they dont have enough employees to process our files...

Ok my sister in laws mother had filed K1 3 years ago and she told me that she spent $3,000 more when her fiance arrived here in US... I guess filling K1 visas is wayyy more expensive than filling I-130...
