  1. frumpy, obese, or an older woman desperately in love with a younger man who is trying to just gain something from her.

That was a insult by any long shot period, you are trying to put yourself in a different category, than everyone else. You would be very shock to hang out with me and knowing I am married to a Egyptian, I think that is why you stir up a bee nest with this topic.

  2. an attractive girl who got lots of Western guy's attention and did not fall into the stereotype of being frumpy, obese, or an older woman desperately in love with a younger man" Looks like you are talking about me and I am not the young attractive girl lol My husband has comes to love southern cooking and this Ramdon instead of losing weight he is gaining weight, it is eating fried chicken and fried potato's. Life is about taking chances, so sorry to hear about your marriage. You never know what will really happen, some good and some bad.

  3. I agree lets cheer everybody on, I can't believe we got our visa, my husband will be here in less than three weeks, we waited five years, they lost our case and when they found it, it had expired. We got the visa the next day. It will happen, so if anyone needs a shoulder write me, I am here to help out anyone. Just remember your honey will be here before you know it. dancin5hr.gif

  4. I have never felt unsafe in Egypt, even been in country by myself. Now as the person said above, don't scream, wear diamonds, lol. Now in central Africa, that is a bit more dangerous, South Africa, where I have family can be even more dangerous when you are out in the bush. I just got back my daughter join the Peace Corp and the one city she has to have permission is Johannesburg, now that is the rape capital of the world, stay away. Egypt is great time.

  5. I think Akram does want him to stay in Kuwait even though he is married to a German and will be leaving himself. As far as his job, his contract ends in July and he should just put his resignation in sounds like a good idea better than doing it like the other way. I think they all want Hesham to stay in Kuwait and I would have been there but for my health taking a turn for the worst. I agree with you all on this, it is good to hear it back, at least I am thinking clearly. lol I heard this and I am like wait a minute, I need some feedback.

  6. Hi Everyone,

I am new here, I have followed the forms for a long time, but have not participated in a long time. My husband will be here in July so I am down to a month, I can't believe it is here. So everything is going well and yesterday he sends me a letter and with this little nugget, this is exactly as it was written to me.

"Akram told me not to resign here as he read and showed that to me yesterday that an officer at port of entry may not allow me to enter USA for any reason because I am Arab you see and he told me once I entered USA I can than resign by doing a power of attorney to him or to Hany to resign for me. He means to hold Kuwait chance in my hand they admit me to USA so I leave Kuwait".

He is just talking about not leaving his job yet and just resigning from America, and all this stuff about them denying him into America, anyone know anything about any of this.

    Thanks
