Why'd they change it?

It was rejected due to them not being ready. But it seems like they're ready now, so send another DS-3032 email asap. Use the tip in the FAQ to get a fast approval (since you've waited already for the DS-3032 to be received).

asked them and the lady who answered hadn't have a clue. Calling tomorrow to talk to supervisor and see if i will get any answers.

called nvc today and nvc happen to change my case number!!! so frustrating!!! anyone else experience this? I already emailed my ds3032.. now what? agh!!!!

You'll have to send the IV package without the police certificate. You'll then get a checklist requesting the missing certificate. You should be able to use that to get the certificate.

I'm not sure if anyone can help..... how can I get a letter from nvc requesting police verification? Kuwait requires a letter stating that nvc requires it. Any help will be greatly appreciated

No KEEP calling every week!!! Like end of the week... that's the only way you will know...also keep an eye on other ppls timeline.

Silly question - Does NVC still have the automated phone line? When i called the 603# it directly puts me on hold to speak with someone...It's been 4 days since my NOA2 approval and just want to check if there's a case # on file...

it takes about 15 business days or more....mine took 47 days..

Hello I was wondering if anyone know how to get a letter from nvc requesting a police verification? My case was received on June 24, 2013 and my wife is from kuwait. Kuwait requires that she gets a letter from nvc asking a police verification.

just received my case number and invoice number!!! I emailed ds3032 as per other people success. Not sure if it was a good idea. Any thoughts???

My case was approved but apparently they don't seem to know what happen to my case. I have yet to hear from senator. Just hoping that I will hear something soon. A advice to everyone KEEP ALL YOUR PAPERWORK!!

I wanted to updated everyone about my situation… just received a call from congressman's office and was told they don't 've any record of my approval from nbc... I guess my situation has gone from bad to worse.....congressional office ve told me they will investigate on this matter... I hope no one have to go through this. Good luck to everyone!!!

i'm glad i'm not the only one in this position!!! I guess all we can do is pray and there is nothing that we can do.. Hope that soon we can all see our loved ones. Good luck to everyone!!! Lot of props to people who are going through this!!! hang in there!!!

I decided to call USCIS after 26days. At first I was told that it will take more time but i demanded that I need answers. After talking to tier 2 officer he came back and told me it was probably sent to wrong location from NBC. I was furious at this point!!! I decided to contact my congressmen and senator. I wrote a letter to them about my problem. Congressmen first and then senator. Congressmen office nice enough to contact USCIS. I had called USCIS yesterday and they told me i should hear something from NBC by june 13. This is ridiculous? Just wondering if anyone else went through same situation?
