  1. Thank you nick!

Mines are also from 10 yrs to now. I got mines from being a child and the second one from being adult (over 18+) to which the medical center transcripted all my vaccinations from the old card that were still valid.

But since you are from UK, your records were originally in English. But mines are in Portuguese, would it work too?

How is it at the Civil Surgeon? What documents did they ask you?

    Thank you.

  2. Guys;

If i file my 8 yrs daughter I-485 together with mines, i will be paying $635.00 right?

    My questions are:

Do I assemble two diff set of documents ( for me and her) in same envelope or I just place herI485 behind mines?

Do I made two diff money orders or just kne with the whole amount for me and her?

Are there any evidence about her I should include, other than her birth certificate?

    Thank you

  3. Hi Everyone:

That happen that I got married to my USC husband while me and my 8 yrs old daughter wete in the US on visitor visa.

Reading the I-485 instructions I found tgat for kids under 13 yrs old it is paid $635 if the kid I-485 form is filled with her/his parent I-485 form within the same envelope

If yes, can someone help me on how to assrmble this part for my child? Do I separete mines and hers inside one envelope with two diff cover letters? Or just place her form behind mines?

Is this required another form or evidence for the kid other than the I-485?

    Pls help!

  4. Hi Fellows:

I need support on my I-134 form, affidavit of support. My US Citzen fiance was honrable discharged from U.S. Navy in October 2012 after serving for five years (2007-2012). Since he was discharged he started studying (within a U.S. Military Benefit Program) he does not have a job since that time. He also applied for a monthly benefit within the Unemployment Department and he is also collecting money from there.

Do you think we can consider he is unemployed due to his school program paid by the military and have his income from the unemployment benefit as a proof to fill I-134 requirements?

Thank you. Any advice is welcomed.

    Nah

  5. Hi Corey,

    Based on what you said:

"I am also including a notarized letter from her biological mother that authroizes her to leave the country even though her father already has full custody (this is just a safeguard in case it is questioned during the interview, etc)"

Did you include her birth certificate and authorization letter from her mother at the first package - I-129F? Or in the following packages?

    Sorry I'm confised =/
