Hello people, we had our NOA 2 approved and wanting for our case to be send to the embassy, but i have this doubt, i know that having a b2 denial don't affect your k1 visa, but i apply for the b2 visa to visit my (in that moment girlfriend) in the us

i don't what to lie in my application and say the reason to travel is visiting her, but! this is my problem i put visiting Friend in the ds-160 form instead of Girlfriend, in that moment i don't think much about that for girlfriend is bit vague term, in the interview they ask why i want to travel to colorado (where she lives) and i say to visit a friend, they don't ask me if she was my girlfriend... in no way i was hiding that she is my girlfriend..anyway this can be a problem with my k1 process?, I'm a bit nervous about this

and the visa was denied for not enough ties with the country

Hello people! i'm in the process for a k1 visa, have my NOA2 and waiting for the nvc to send my case to the embassy in venezuela, my question is this, my passport expires in 3 months so is not valid for the visa, i think you need at least six month left, the problem is i'm a argentina citizen living here in venezuela so the process to get my new passport is like 2 months, that can be a problem with the date of the interview, i have the option to ask for a temporary passport in the argentina embassy, it have 1 year of validity, but is not a digital passport, my question is if i can use this passport to get my k1 visa.

i send a mail to the us embassy here but not response so far.

Get a mail for USCIS they approved our case!!!!!
