Please help! Everyday I am checking the status of our application on USCIS website and got "Initial Review" status update. But on May 23, there was no status update instead I got this message...

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information."

What does this mean? Anyone experiencing the same thing?..please help.
