Congratulations! Nebraska? Did u just recieve ur approval or In the morning?
Yes Nebraska, seems like they have processed quite a lot of applications in the past 2 days (at least compared to how it looked before)

we've got approved today. NOA1 31.05.2013, NOA2 05.03.2014 (64 days after transfer) Seems like VJ is experiencing some technical issues as i am unable to update my profile atm.
Good luck to all who are still waiting.

We are early June filers (PD 03.06), got transferred on 27th of Dec. Case changed status to post decision activity 3 days later (post decision review status which doesn't make sense), almost certainly by mistake. Tier 2 told us its in Nebraska, so we are patiently waiting...

Looking at April filers I guess first May people (abroad filers) should get approved in ~3-4 weeks.

As long as you put your foreign address on the I-130, it will stay at NBC for processing, and you can expect to hear something from 60 - 90 days. It could even be earlier, but there's no way of telling, so I would just prepare yourself for a two month wait more or less.
Thank you for explanation, much appreciated Let's hope we will see some positive activity in this thread late summer/early fall.

Cases are taking upwards of six months to get NOA2 lately. Depends on your local office, really.
How about when filing from abroad - does the case get routed to NBC and then to a local office or does it stay at NBC ?
I've seen cases from November that got NOA2 in less than 50 days.
By the way, we are late May 2013 filers
June 2013 I-130 Filers (merged)
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Good luck! seems like NSC is going through May/June applications now faster than previously.
