I got my passport stamped since my extension was expiring, they took my GC and stamped my passport.

Is there anybody out there who filed ROC in March 2015 with no updates yet? It's been a year. Nothing.
I also filed in March and nothing yet.

Yes, I went for an interview in November, not heard anything since then, I should get an infopass and get a stamp then.

Thats the problem, the extension letter is expiring, I sent the application in March 2015 and I got a letter with NOC1 that I m allowed work for another year. Now on March 25 2016 that will expire.

Just came back from my waiver interview, got grilled, took 1 hour. Not sure if I ll be approved or denied.

Question: For those who received the RFE upon sending back the required paperwork, did you receive a letter or online status update of the office receiving your package?i tracked my package and it state its delivered but just wanted to know if an official receipt would be sent out.

I got a letter today for an interview on 11/19/2015.

I got an RFE today for my I-751 divorce waiver. I had submitted whatever I had, bank statements for 1.5 years, all the bills, car insurance and rental agreement.
You have not established that the marriage upon which you were granted conditional status was entered into in good faith. you provided some evidense of marital bona fides. However, the documentation submitted is insufficient. To establish eligibility for removal of conditional status, please submit additional documentation. Documentation should reflect your name and your petitioning spouse's name. In addition, the documentation should cover the period of time from the date of the marriage either to the present, or to the date when the marriage was terminated through divorce, separation, or death. Such examples may include, but are not limited to, the following: * Legible copies of your and your petitioning spouse's driver's licenses and/or identity cards from the appropriate state's motor vehicle department. * Legible copies of the civilly registered birth certificate for any child(ren) born to you and the petitioning spouse. * Copies of mortgage agreements, deeds or other instruments affecting the title to real estate that demonstrate joint ownership of assets of property. * Copies of insurance policies such as life insurance, medical insurance, etc. * Copies of credit card statements. * Copies of loan documents such as car loans, home improvement loans, business loans, etc. * If applicable, submit copies of military Basic Allowance for Quarters (BAQ) form for housing and/or DD Form 1172 for dependent military dependent cards. * Any other documentation which shows that marriage was not entered into in order to circumvent U.S. immigration laws.
I already submitted copy of both the IDs. Should I send the stuff again like bills and bank statements, bank statements were 1 inch thick.

I finally got my biomatrics letter today for 07/08/2015. Took three months and 1 call to USCIS.

I talked today and they put in a request, they told me that I ll receive something in the mail. I pushed 2 for how to locate receipt number and then 2 again.

I'm over here the some thing , first NOA on 28 of march
called them about 10 days ago , they told me they put a call in for the fingerprint
and to wait 15 days that the letter would be here and it seems its going to be about a 1year wait the way things are going!
What number did you called? I cant find a way to talk to a representative, its all automatic.

I m actually calling about my biometrics which i have not received yet and I couldnt find a way to talk to a person.

I tried calling the number 1 (800) 375-5283 and there is no way to talk to a person, I tried entering my receipt number and I m getting it does not exist. I kept getting automatic responses.
Should I email the CSC now at csc-ncsc-followup ?

I was thinking of making a database type page for every month where users can type their username NOC1 date and biomatrics date. Which is an efficient way to do instead of copying the text from previous post and updating it.

Wow, that's odd. Maybe stokes interviews are conducted at random. From what I read here, most of the couples that get stokes interviews have inconsistencies during a regular interview so they separate them and ask individually. Where the questions too intrusive? Did you feel harassed at all?
Anyway, congratulations! You're done waiting at least!
Its possible it could be random. No questions were not intrusive at all, all general questions and he did not harass us at all.
