i have a ten year b1/b2 visa issued last year in london. i am a uk citizen.
ive been working for the past year on a yacht based in florida,(a yacht registered in the caymans), coming in and out the country many times with her no problem. last year i met a wonderful woman and are engaged to be married next year.
i have since left that yacht, and am doing contract work for other yachts around the world, intending to return to the us to the house i now share with my fiancee.
my concern now is, that when i finish a contract with a yacht, am i going to be let back in the us without a letter of employment, or no definite job to come back to?.would it be best for me to simply come in on a visitor basis, and always have a return ticket to the uk available should they ask?
coming to work on b1/b2 visas on yachts based in us.
